Our onboarding has been fantastic, and our Customer Engagement Manager has been great every step of the way.
We're in our early stages of use but the platform is really intuitive and easy to use. We're really excited to see all the use cases that we can use Virti for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Up to now, I have to say that there isn't really anything I dislike about Virti, although some of the avatars have slightly scary faces! I do know that Virti is constantly improving the technology, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that it is accessible and easy to use. No coding knowledge needed is the reason why it is accessible to anyone. All you need is an account and your personal laptop and you are able to create unlimited scenarios whether thats through the interactive 360 video platform or the Virtual Humans platform. I won't say there is a downside but there is definitely a room for improement, which I think the Virti team is already doing. Technology is accelerating at a crazy speed and I think that is going to happen with the Virti software as well, especially with cutting-edge technologies like AI. One improvement I would personally like are the voices in Virtual Humans. Still feels a lot like AI voices but if we could have more realistic voices and pronounciations, that could be a game changer for a higher fidelity in simulation. Virti offers an impressive array of features that make them stand out in the realm of immersive training. The user interface of Virti is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it accessible even for those who are not tech-savvy. A standout feature is the detailed analytics and feedback learners recieve as this ensures learners can track their progress and continually improve their performance.
Additionally, the team at Virti are extremely responsive and helpful. Any questions or challenges encountered are always promptly addressed.
Overall, I would highly recommend Virti as a development tool due to the platform’s innovative approach and effectiveness in training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whilst my experience with Virti is almost entirely positive, there's one area where Virti could improve, which is with the Avatar voices. It would be fantastic if these could sound more realistic as oposed to sounding as if we are talking to computer AI. However, I am sure with the speed in which Virti and technology are advancing, this will be something we see in developments soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In less than a day, I developed a virtual patient for training medical history inquiry skills. The lesson plan can be further optimized based on student feedback through the backend. Students who received virtual patient training performed significantly better in medical history inquiries compared to those who did not receive the training. If the Action interface of Virtual Humans could be designed to be more intuitive, students should find it easier to operate the system on their own.
The initial screen for students could include simple guidance on how to input questions via voice. This way, instructors wouldn’t need to teach every first-time user how to operate the system.
Virtual Humans could also add the feature of asking students questions, allowing for more diverse lesson plan designs.
Virtual Humans could introduce avatars of obese or underweight patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most useful aspect of Virtual Humans is their ability to simulate realistic patient interactions. This feature allows healthcare professionals to practice and refine their communication, empathy, and clinical decision-making skills in a safe and controlled environment. Provides a lifelike simulation of patient interactions, helping to improve communication and bedside manner without risk to real patients. Offers instant feedback on performance, helping learners to quickly understand areas for improvement and reinforcing correct practices.Training scenarios can be tailored to meet specific educational objectives and patient profiles, ensuring relevance and targeted learning. Implementing VR training systems can be expensive, both in terms of the initial setup and ongoing maintenance, which might be a barrier for some institutions. Virtual simulations primarily engage visual and auditory senses, lacking the tactile feedback that can be crucial in hands-on medical training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User freindly and simple to use.
Allows 360 video and full-screen regular video to link to one another with ease and no distortion.
Video quality is not compromised and maintained throughout each project.
Connecting scenes and other assets is very easy and displayed well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No dedicated scene playback - Preview Simuatltion takes you to the begining or the course no matter what part you are working on.
This is frustrating if making adjustments on just particular sections of a course and want to test the flow and interactivity of a scene.
No option to loop or freeze a scene or move on before a video reaches its natural end - requiring all scenes/videos to be narrative lead.
This limits the interactivity - we wanted viewers to look around a 360 scene and click on different interactive points of interest.
Once the viewer had done this, we wanted the scene to move on - but were stuck waiting for the natural end of the video.
In-screen interactive symbols are not customizable.
Adjusting the size and opacity of symbols reverts them back to their original location on screen - making it hard to relocate if opacity has been brought to 0%.
No ability to automatically shift the viewers POV (snap-to) to a particular area in a 360 video.
No Undo option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This program allows nurses to meet patients who are difficult to access with education in person. By creating various situations and different types of patients, you can play the role of many patients with this program by creating characteristics and backgrounds. One cool feature I wish the Virtual Humans platform had was a more realistic patient voices. Still sounds like we are talking to a computer AI but if we could improve this, this will change the simulation level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No-Code editing my VR teaching material. VR teaching material is always been a challange for people without engineering background. Virti provide a platform with user-friendly UI to create and edit. Besides, all platform inucldes mobile, VR headset, tablet and computer can open Virti. It makes learning without barrier and limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A multilingual interface would benefit for APAC user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Virti is easy to use for both learners and content creation and has been vital to creating a infrastructure within our VR offerings both for internal healthcare staff and external clients. The ability to take the data such as eye tracking heatmaps and analyse it further as a team has also been really helpful into our research in this area. The Virti team are always available with their support and are a great group to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to be able to dig even deeper with the analytics around eye tracking and how this can support learners and organisations with their research but this is something iv'e alread fed back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very clever and practical use of the latest technologies.
Customer support is extremely useful and quick; the team is really willing to listen to customer needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing in particular. I'd like to have more control over objective triggers like multiple conditions, but I'm sure there will be more options like that in future releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
