We use Vijilan as our security monitoring tool for our customers who are in finance. We outsourced our SIEM completely from IBM Qradar to vijilan. They just launched a new product called ThreatAlert. It's perfect for us because we are an MSSPs and we wanted to keep our SOC internal. Their SIEM-as-a-Service, ThreatAlert is extremely fast, easy to use, and cost-effective. I guess they built this tool for MSSPs that are very mature in cybersecurity monitoring. We used to self-manage our own SIEM meaning we bought the SIEM license, deployed it, and operated it in our own premises. With IBM Qradar, Arcsight, SPLUNK, you have to purchase your own hardware and software.
Vijilan has positioned itself to be on the forefront when MSSPs want to give up their SIEM and outsource what SIEM can do for them to a third party. Vijilan has designed ThreatAlert advanced for large MSSPs who are faced with this challenge. Their premium service offering, ThreatRespond, includes SIEM and SOC. my boss loves the price, our customers love the protection and we love the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am the owner of an IT company in Seattle and a few of my large enterprises would like to purchase their SIEM and subscriber to vijilan's services directly without having to go through me but vijilan doesn't sell direct. Some companies like to own the license and the infrastructure of SIEM. I wish vijilan could make exceptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
