User-friendly, and user interactive, speed and efficient feature of making changes in revision version, ViedocMe feature is easily accessible to subjects and convenient top design. Also, e-learning is very helpful to explore different features of the EDC. The customer services is excellent quick responses. Diiferent modules like Randomization, logistics and translation can be easily integrated and implemented within the study. I strongly recommend the EDC and use it frequently in the clinical studies.

At last, Viedoc team (support team) helps a lot if there is any updates or bug is identified during critical times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a developer, there are few things that can be updated to make job more convieneint. We can discuss about the updates that can be done in the revision version of any version, since it is limited to some minor updates.
Along with this, i will suggest to increase the logout time from 20 minutes to 30 minutes or more as per convenience.
Also, i personally want an update so that multiple person can work in same design together, to make more easy for implementation and will increase the duration and frequency of the usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Viedoc is very user friendly interface, easy to understand and navigate through. Becasue of this the time taken to train for the EDC is minimal to become proficient. It offers customizable study workflow and tailoring it according to trial specification is easy. Good query management feature which maintains data accuracy. Integration feature is seamless. Customer support is responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The logged in time for viedoc is less, it should be updated to atleast 30min when left ideal. Complex conditional logic or implementation of dynamic form is not easy when compared to other advanced EDCs. It is not very cost effictive for smaller organization or small budget studies. I have worked in development on several EDCs however, viedoc is the most user friendly and can handle much complicated functionalities without much hassle from the developer's POV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limitations with respect to the developing complex study design as compared to other EDCs and handling eSAE reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Viedoc is a user friendly EDC which provides seamless navigation. Report generation is easy. Oustanding customer support from the technical team. I really helps for Clinical data management activities and resolving queries. Audit trail generation in PDF format is a good feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Editing and saving the data is more time consuming. Multiple users are not allowed to use the same ODM simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a Viedoc user for 3+ years now, I definitely recommend this EDC as one of the best in terms of designer perspective. This is really an user friendly, self exploratory and a constantly improving EDC which definitely are the best of its upsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can see a lot of improvements in terms of performance recently, yet I still feel it can be made a lot better.
Handling post live changes for 2 years now, getting a design saved and validated for a complex study is actually time consuming. Requirement in handling studies with more than 70visits and adding allocations for more than 600activities increasing the load in designer which is difficult to handle.
It can also include a feature to identify the design impact of different design versions to the subject data. Since it is not always easy to replicate something in the training server on any issue/bug reported by the client.
The requirement for adding dummy visits in the older design versions to prevent the unwanted re-triggering of closed visit window queries can be addressed soon. Since, this approach of adding new visits only in latest design are followed for most studies now, it would be really tiresome to implement the workaround of adding numerous dummy visits for all of live revisions.
Having JavaScript - considerably simple programming language to enable edit checks and functions are good, yet the bugs and limitations in it are not easy to anticipate/test in the training scenario. e-Learning can include few of common bugs from JS.
It would be better to minimize and maximize all the visits at once, as adding a new visits at the bottom and dragging to place it somewhere on top is not easy for study with lot of visits.
For updating the Field label, it should be able to drag and expand (like Instructions for user, data checks are available now). It is difficult in terms of copying huge text like any criteria and update something in it.
For static texts, OIDs can be made editable to prevent it from being same with other form ID and having _Copy1 multiple number of times.
Also received a comment from a client that "Private notes" feature is not private at all in terms of site user perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Viedoc to analyze the clinical trial data. What we like to most about Viedoc is it has quite a user friendly interface, and it is fully compliant with HIPAA and GDPR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish we had the chance to connect Viedoc with HubSpot, our CRM system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Data capturing has been made easy because of viedoc, it is incredibly robust and easy to navigate. As a data manager, I am using Viedoc everyday for work and it has made my life so easy when it comes to exporting and reviewing data. They have so many features and if there is every an issue, viedoc support is always on hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Perhaps having a better design layout of deviations and linking adverse events to show exactly which cycle is being referrred/ which assessments. Integrating this would be benefical for trail teams definetely. Implementation of multiple users to be able to edit different forms on a patient would be really useful as well so it prevents waiting around for site-staff to exit the patient forms. The best part of Viedoc is its user interface. It is easy to navigate all the features for a site user on the clinic page. All the functionalities are available on separate tabs, be it SDV, Sign, Clinical Review or Data Review, and can be easily noticed in the UI. Also, having the feature of proposing dates for scheduled events makes the sites plan the events more precisely. Having separate and recognizable parts for Scheduled, Unscheduled and Common Events makes the user interface more organized and constructed. The preview setup and Study workflow on the designer page are very convenient; the design errors are easily identified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even though Javascript is a simple coding language that enables the designer to code edit checks easily, due to some limitations in floating point arithmetics, sometimes undesired outcomes may arise. Also, there is a bug when an edit check is programmed in a checkbox field with dependent fields from other forms. This bug will make the dependent items consider their control type as a checkbox (When the form containing the dependent items is not initiated) irrespective of its control type.
