It has limited offerings when it comes to integrate with third party applications for any help to make videos. One of the things which I don't like personally is that it doesn't have any way to change video resoultion capabilites and if someone has poor internet then the video is shot in a blurred way and output doesn't come as expected.It should have more video editing capabilites and lacks in that space. It has outstanding content videos library and also all the videos can be accessed very easily. The best thing about Vidcast is how simple and fast any collaborator can make a video and share it with whoever they want. It has many additional functionalities that make the platform more effective. We can set the most appropriate speed, add comments, emojis during the video, etc.

I love the ability to quickly make a quick video to help a customer. Plus, it's great to be able to talk to a customer without having to call them. The software is light and the interface is smoothly polished enabling to record video of my screen to share with clients during remote sessions. Recording the video from the browser takes less time and is straightforward with no downloading of the application.

The software is good but at the moment, you cannot record the viode unless you are using Chrome or Microsoft edge. Browsers like Operamin are left out which makes the use of the software limited to some browsers only.

I like how I can easily take a portion of my screen, plus I can send screenshots of issues for others to see, respond to, or resolver.
