The customer support (Jacob) is amazing. Easy to schedule a meeting with their team, to discuss how-to's and improving performance. Very easy to use. Once we created the video content, I was able to launch an ad in about ten minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since I'm new to the CTV/OTT world, it would have been nice to have easy-access information as to whether my ad was performing well, or not. HOWEVER, they followed up with a call regarding what I thought of the reporting, and I told Mari, who was super helpful - the ideas I had. If they can give some parameters/ranges for how your performance measures up, relative to the size of your target market - it would be perfect. She listened intently, took notes, and said that a lot of the suggestions make sense for future improvements. Also, it is worthwhile to note that I received an email to discuss my results with Jacob, right after I placed my ad.
