
What I like best about Vibe is how intuitive and easy the platform is to use. The UX makes it really simple to understand performance and take action without feeling overwhelmed.
The Customer Success support has also been incredible. Maeryll Diez has been especially amazing in walking through strategy, troubleshooting, and making sure we’re set up for success with tracking on our last meeting.

One area for improvement is the limited number of integrations, especially with certain CRMs and platforms we use. Having more native integrations would make it easier to streamline data flow and reduce the need for manual workarounds.
