We do not have the bandwidth to explore streaming at each individual platform so being able to get in front of 100s of channels and apps from one platform is a great fit for us. Whenever I have a question I instantly get an answer from an actual person via chat, email, or a call. Jacob has been great getting on a call with our team and flushing out all our questions with great patience and expertise. Vibe is a low risk way to get into streaming and I can instantly tweak, extend, edit campaigns. Support reps are very easy to reach as well so you have real people to help, not chatbots that lead nowhere :) Was easy to install and get up and running quickly, plus being able to modify campaign settings or even pause while it's running live makes it agile. **What do you dislike about Vibe?** Too soon to say about effectiveness of ads and ROAS. Seems like great for awareness but not sure yet for conversions. Also, geotargeting with a map and radius pins would be helpful option in addition to manually typing in towns and zip codes, etc. **What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brand awareness and reaching new potential customers throughout our region with increased competition. ### 36. The interface is user-friendly and there's plenty of targeting options. You can also easily exclude inventory. **What do you dislike about Vibe?** The reporting capability is lacking. There is no dashboard that aggregates all of your campaigns' metrics together. So if you want to see total spend for example, you need to manually click into each campaign and add up spend yourself in a separate spreadsheet. Reporting at the campaign level is decent. You can see creative, audience, and inventory performance. It's just difficult to see how CTV overall is performing on Vibe. **What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick way to launch CTV ads. ### 37.
