What's most helpful about Viable is quickly being able to get a sense of sentiment within trends, and automatically categorize by urgency so you know what to pay attention to and prioritize. Certain topics don't have the most volume, but are having a significant impact, and I was shocked at how accurately these surfaced to the top.
It can be difficult to gain context just by looking at numbers, and often times you'd need hundreds of hours to do what Viable does in virtually no time. This data helps to challenge or confirm your gut feelings.

The product automatically identifies top questions, concerns, opportunities, etc., on our behalf, so we don't have to spend hours per week reading through all customer tickets to identify trends. With their direct Zendesk integration, customer support tickets are automatically piped through the platform, so we don't have to use engineering resources for this project. Now, our product and engineering leadership teams focus on comprehending the analysis instead of performing the analysis themselves.
Outside of the product, the Viable team has been super helpful and responsive. They quickly take/implement feedback, help us optimize our use of the product, and always try to improve the experience for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Viable is still an early company, so more feature functionality would be ideal (i.e., exporting information easier, managing trends / reporting over time, etc.). Viable automatically identifies top requests, questions and complaints without requiring me to read every piece of customer feedback. The tool allows me to prioritize and focus my time where it matters most, so I can spend time improving the customer experience. The interface is also easy to use. Viable has enabled us to save at least six hours a week of people-time, by automatically ingesting, analyzing, and synthesizing product feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
