
Like a lot of these background processing systems you're really only going to hear about it when things go wrong. Vero provides us with a lot of support for triggering and maintaining email campaigns for our application.

The only thing that comes to mind is the number of clicks required to see an actual email as it was sent to a customer. You have to find the customer, dig into the triggers, find the event, click a drop down, and finally click to see the email content. At OpenAgent we run all our transactional emails though Vero and have been very impressed with i's performance and functionality. The tool provides both great APIs as well as interface to create segments, campaigns, email templates as well as push in parameters.

Pushing a lot of event can quickly scale up the account in terms of the plan cost. I think a more sensible approach there based primarily on send volumes would be much more preferable to us. But I do understand the national in the pricing approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Selfishly I would like some of our companies' requests to be prioritized above other product requests. It's a minor dislike, since I understand that may not always be realistic -- they have a business to run.
