What do you like best about Verloop.io?

We are using verloop on our academic institution and school website. It works well as a chatbot in converting and generating leads. Its good in case of responses that give out choices to user. Its easy to implement and comes with zapier interation so pretty much everything is possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verloop.io?

I was looking to use appointment scheduling feature but haven't heard back from verloop. The support is a bit slow. In case of open ended questions, it might falter a bit but over time the faqs training makes it better.

In case a user drops before an agent answers the chat, the response given by agent is not sent to user via email or sms. Other companies like intercom do so which helps in bringing back the user to website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
