Verified First has a very advanced platform that allows the user an unmatched control and visibility over the background check process. I have the ability to generate custom reports, as well as add/manage users and their authorizations on my own, which was a feature I greatly miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Based on our small HR Team, we worked with Verified First to have them, based on our rules, do an adjudication process. The VF team, reviews employment background results and give us an OK to hire based on our legal perimeters.. Cuts down on a ton of time and was very cost effective to do. The feature to send the info to the applicant to complete saves our high volume recruiting a lot of time on these processes. Additionally, it is very helpful to have the background process included in the same process as our drug screening process. We have had a lot of issues with the 48 hour rule and with the access to drug screens through verified first. Our applicants have trouble with it daily and it causes a lot of problems and wasted time for us contacting verified first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I mostly question the accuracy of the these searches....they almost process TOO quickly; as if the sources they're pulling from aren't accurate. We compared background results between Verified and another company and the average process completion with the other company would be anywhere from 1-10 bushiness days AND we had several searches process different results between both companies. With Verified, results ALWAYS processed same-day and with minimal information; the results were ALWAYS clear; it just seemed too good to be true. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
