I like how efficient the software is and how i can display a full picutre of injury risks when presenting to multiple levels in a company. It is easy to learn and use and can demonstrate the effectiveness of an ergonomics program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the direct causes in the industrial tool do not line up with every setting. For example, labs. It would be beneficial to have more options that can coorelate with multiple settings. The chemical management software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I consider it the gold standard for SDS management. I appreciate the guides and resources so new users can get easily integrated without a lot of hands-on support needs from the adminstrator - saving time!

In general, I love the support - both technical and administrative - from the Velocity team. Having a go-to point of contact (CSM) who is always available, knowledgeable, and consistent has made the rare problem solving very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only barrier we have faced is when trying to add a new module in a different field, the timing did not work in our favor, and the pricing structure drastically changed. The user interface is easy to understand, simple to interact with, and feels "natural". You don't find yourself fighting the software (like so many competitors), and you don't have to memorize codes or numbers to fill out incident reports. The team who helped us set up our site made the implementation go very smoothly. Our teams are filing out reports on a daily basis, and the Management of Change integration was smooth and successful! We currently use the Ergo module and MSDSOnline from Velocity. Both are easy to use, are used very frequently in our business (almost daily!), and we have had a great relationship with customer service (especially our CSM Gordie - he rocks!). Ease of use.

I have beeen throught multiple trainings and assistd in training others within our facility and it seems that most people catch right on. It's quite in depth but we do not have to be IT majors to get a good analysis and starting point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We currently use the Chemical Management system which is user friendly, easy to tailor to our needs, various training resources available, and excellent customer support from our CSM Pooja Mathur. Vertiv uses the VelocityEHS Industrial Ergonomics Software. We have been very happy with the software and even more pleased with the continuous support with receive from our Account Manager Gordie Mitchard. I have experience working with both MSDSOnline as well as Velocity EHS's Industrial Ergonomics Humantech program. The industrial ergonomics program is easy to use and provides a good path forward on where our teams can focus their ergonomic improvement investments.

Any time I reach out to our account manager, she is quick to respond, ensures follow up, and accuracy of their response to answer my request or solve my issue.

I wish Velocity EHS programs would sync with one another. I.e., Industrial Ergonomics and the Risk Management software to use when performing risk assessments. It would be very helpful if the two systems could transfer and link data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
