The ability to create incident search custom reports to quickly see key information. And having the ability to export reports to excel is good for creating user friendly charts and graphs. I am not keen on the built-in report graphs. Our users have complained when updating information on an incident, if they add details on a page then navigate to another page the information is not automatically saved. This software is straightforward to use and administer. The best feature is when a manufacturer updates an SDS, and the system automatically notifies the administrator of the update. The administrator then reviews the SDS, and when they approve the SDS, it automatically puts the new SDS in the location you tell it to and archives the old version of the SDS. As with any database, there is a lot of work upfront. You can pay the team at MSDS Online to do all of the upfront work or you can do part of it yourself to save money and your time. VelocityEHS has a great online support system that makes organization easy. Along with their support, they have a great auto update system that helps keep safety data sheets up to date as well as removing duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Along with the great online support, there are some emails that come trying to push new products. The user interface could be better but still has a few bugs. Another thing that I dislike is the buying users side. In order for everyone to have access in the facility, we would need to purchase more users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
