What do you like best about Velixo?

The best aspect of Velixo is their knowledgeable team who are committed to providing solutions for a variety of reporting needs. From the initial training provided by Velixo staff, to the hands-on help in setting up complex reports, the team have always been quick to come through with helpful guidance. Combined with Excel, Velixo is an easy-to-learn tool for creating robust financial statements. We use it everyday for analyzing data pulled directly from our financial system, Acumatica. What do you dislike about Velixo?

The only issues I have run into using Velixo are limitations native to Excel as a financial reporting program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Velixo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Velixo makes it very easy to combine financials from multiple branches. Creating consolidated financial statements used to take weeks in our old accounting system, but Velixo allows us to pull data from as many branches as we need in mere seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Velixo?

Converting and presenting financial information in formats that everyone in the orgnaization can utilize.

The Velixo team is responsive and flexible enough to make changes/updates.

Takes the burdensome and pain of creating reports in Sage Intacct to the simplistic level of Excel (and you don't even have to be an Excel expert to create/utilize). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Velixo?

Technical/bug errors when refreshing data in a workbook. We tend to find things break and need maintenance. Also our license has expired a few times that caused delay in our use of Velixo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Velixo?

From demo, to installation, to client use, everything is quick and seamless. As much as businesses talk about moving away from spreadhsheets, the reality is that they will continue to be used for the foreseeable future. Having a powerful reporting tool using the Excel platform that everyone is familiar with makes the learning curve very short. Clients are able to hit the ground running with Velixo and many become masters in a very short period of time.

The tight integration with Acumatica, coupled with the excellent customer support and the expert consulting staff and you have a solution that blows away other reporting tools. I recommend Velixo to all of my Acumatica clients and have yet to be disappointed with the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
