I love that Velixo has transformed our Acumatica from a static program into something dynamic, making every aspect of our jobs easier. It's great that I can refresh files to get accurate data without having to export multiple reports to Excel individually. I particularly appreciate that our templates auto-refresh so nothing needs to be exported from Acumatica. The writebacks are extremely valuable too, as they save us a lot of manual entry time. I wish there was a GL template that could be set up in Acumatica that would automatically make updates to the Excel files. For example, when we added the project number and quantity columns to Acumatica, they were not automatically added to every instance of a GL in Excel. I like that Velixo makes it very easy to review data in real time and the accuracy is spot on, so I don't have to worry about something not balancing or things looking unusual. The formatting stays the same, which is a great asset to my finance team. Once the template is set up, it's just a matter of opening the Excel file and refreshing the data, and any changes made in our ERP system automatically flow through. This process saves a considerable amount of time, and it's very efficient. I appreciate how Velixo has improved the skill set in my department and how it integrates with our existing ERP system. The latest feature of the built in query has really expanded the functionality of the product beyond its outstanding features. The ability to use excel as my base for Acumatica has been a time saver and made the learning curve much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only complaint about Velixo used to be that I had to rely on GI’s in Acumatica to gather the data I needed. The recent query feature has really changed that for me. At this point, I don’t have any real dislikes. I do run into the occasional connection issue, but it’s more of a minor annoyance and it’s usually easy to resolve. I'm a business analyst where I work. As a result I am not as much of a daily user of Velixo as others in the company. I do however still use it and I am the only "admin" for it. Basically, if the team needs a new report or way to use Velixo, it's me they look to to create it. As a result, I feel uniquely equipped to speak to its value as both a user and someone who configures its use for others.

Our team is much more familiar with Excel than any ERP. As a result, Velixo gives them data in a format they are already familiar with and know how to use.

What I like best is how all of that connects to the true power of Velixo, which is a live connection to our Acumatica database. We don't have to struggle through dated reports because we can pull the data in as it updates through Velixo. That provides flexibility that is more difficult to create natively in Acumatica. The only thing I would like to see "improved" or even just added as a feature is a change the Drilldown function. Currently, the Drilldown pulls up another sheet, but rather than just pull in a list of the transactions or relevant data, it hyperlinks to Acumatica. This is fine. You get to the data. But you have to go into Acumatica to see the data you really want. And then you have to export back to Excel if you want to re-arrange it in any way. I really like Velixo's native Excel format, which lets me write formulas in a familiar environment. It also connects directly to live data, making it very friendly and easy to use. The setup was very easy, and it provides a lot of functionality that isn't readily available in other products. I think the understanding of the Acumatica dataset in Velixo could be improved. If there's a way to enhance the visibility of what's available in Acumatica within Velixo, I think it would make the product a whole lot easier and better to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's completely integrated with Acumatica and I get to use my Excel skills. Reports are professional looking, easy to keep updated saves me HOURS every month so I don't have to export data, reformat it and then analyze. If I need some quick information Velixo is the first place I look to get it, I go to Velixo daily, maybe even more often than Acumatica. And the distribution feature is the best - saves so much time and automatically changes the parameters on my reports to distribute to the correct department.

I use Velixo to pull information from Acumatica to bridge together reports, which makes it convenient for creating templates and populating reports quickly. I love how it speeds up the reporting process, as I no longer have to download reports and manually copy and paste data. This is especially valuable for the reports I use daily, saving me a lot of time. It's also great for assigning responsibilities to others while ensuring the accuracy of the data being used. One feature I really like is the quick refresh; it’s easy to connect to our system, and the refresh only takes a few minutes, even with larger data points. I wish that it would give us the ability to populate data from our custom UDFs, we have many on our stock/non-stock items and having that information would be valuable in our reports. Right now I still have to populate those manually. In addition, in the Excel desktop app, the Velixo menu does not auto open anymore, so if you do not click the box and connect, it does not always refresh the reports. I use Velixo for reporting and automation. I appreciate how easy it is to pull data quickly from Acumatica ERP and the ability to write data back directly from Excel instead of doing a separate entry. I also like that it allows report distribution with attachments without having to download them individually. What I like most about Velixo is its ease of use, especially with the four training sessions that gave me everything I needed. It came with a ton of out-of-the-box templates that worked immediately for everything I required and were free. The handoff from sales to the implementation team was confusing and I had to spend a while with support. They were in the middle of releasing a large update to their templates and features, but hadn't updated their documentation yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Velixo because it imports all of our data into Excel with just a click to refresh. It helps us significantly reduce close time once the initial setup is complete. The feature I like most is the ability to create generic inquiries, import them into Velixo, and view them in Excel where I can filter the data to focus on specific information. This feature makes it much easier and faster for handling data, especially since I can set up reconciliations and simply refresh to spot outliers. The initial setup was very easy, so much so that my coworker and I did it ourselves without much involvement from our technology team. My only complaint, I think, about Velixo would be that the Excel add-in can be temperamental sometimes. I have to go back in and re-add it, then close out of Excel and open it back up, but that usually solves the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
