Velixo has reduced the time it takes to carry out several tasks. We purchased it because of the ability to create financial statements and stats with the click of a button but we found that it does much more with the ability to writeback journal entries, bills, invoices, and more directly to Acumatica ERP. We found it challenging initially when a password was memorized and then the Acumatica password expired which caused the Acumatica account to be locked if a user went into a Velixo-enabled file. We have overcome that challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have always been a data-driven analyst, with having direct access along with the ability to pivot quickly in terms of what data I want to look at being a very important component of any software I use. The most helpful thing about Velixo is having access to the information I need quickly and having this information stay up to date instantly when things change. It's easy to use for the whole team. In my role, I mostly use Velixo to calculate our somewhat-complex monthly franchise fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was required to upgrade to Velixo NX in order to access terminated offices in Acumatica. So, now my workbook works for the office that is transitioning out, but is broken for the rest of my offices. NX Feels clunky and sometimes I get stuck in a loop where it keeps wanting me to login to Acumatica even though I am already logged in. Only a few people at my company are trained in Velixo formulas/report writing, so I have to wait for them to try fixing my workbook in order to complet my work. Versitile tool that saves a lot of time with the delta load versus the full data load. We use it for validating that imports went in match the source file as well as financial reporting.

Very easy to integrate with the customization project.
