The VComply platform has taken our compliance management efforts to an excellent level. From day one, the support and professional guidance we received to integrate all of our corporate and regulatory compliance responsibilities into this one platform has been outstanding. VComply's tracking tools help our projects become more efficient by the easy, intuitive navigation for our employee end-users and the ability for multiple collaborators and reviewers to see shared programs and categories. We are also pleased with the customized dashboards that allow executive leadership an overview progress report with essentially one click. VCOMPLY was very easy to stand up. The modules are intuitive and easy to understand. Policies can be accessed, attestted to, and connected to compliance responsibilities. VComply is scalable and flexible. It provides a single source of truth for policies, tracks versions, and revisions. Customer support has been great. Our questions and concerns have been addressed quickly by courteous professional team members. We use it everyday to cpmplete compliance responsibilities and check policies. VComply's customer support is outstanding and was one of the main areas that stood out as we were searching for a GRC tool. They move at your pace but at the same time assist you in setting goals for implementation as it works for you. More importantly, customer support listens to your needs and works toward providing solutions by creating an even better experience with the software.

I have undergone several software conversions, V- Comply is hands down the easiest to implement and integrate into our company day to day processes. Before VComply we were scrambling to solve problems with spreadsheets and emails. Now I have full visibility and our employees are accountable - all with one solution. The system can be edited as required to incorporate multiple business areas or entities and is perfect for assigning and tracking responsibilities. It facilitates the integration of risk and compliance in a very intuitive way through the use of modules that can be used individually but also overlap with each other resulting in a comprehensive one-stop GRC system.
