I consider the vendor support, both pre-and post-sales, to be very strong. Our account manager was very patient during the whole engagement process and helped us to align our needs with the GRC platform of VComply. Once you start using it, you start loving it. Many things which are done manually, can be easily done by this software on time. It is very much flexible while doing regular management tasks from maintaining workflow, scheduling team meet to assign tasks, and many more.
