Our teams are busy, they lone work in various environments, in the community and in peoples homes, having a system that is so easy to use, yet so effective not only ensures that we are keeping our teams safe, we are also not giving them additional complex systems to manage on top of their day. I have circa 25 users of the lone working system. The previous system was ineffective and used poorly due to its complexity, however with the ease of using Vatix, my team use it without fail. Vatix is very user friendly and easy to follow, it allows multiple persons to view and to contribute to safety reportings and enables a full audit trail, through to completion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Often reportings are allocated to the wrong departments or people within a department and may take significant time to be rerouted through to the people who need to know; when this happens often it prevent immidiate investigation. For instance my department received a safety concern; however, it was sent to the wrong team leader by the reporting person. The Team leader did not understand the situation and sat on the incident for a couple of days until he spoke to myself; by which time all evidence was lost and the individual at fault didnt know immidiately that an investigation was required. Vatix is a system that I use daily in my role within a charity employing around 1000 staff that supports children and adults with a variety of disabilities. From the outset the team at Vatix really understood our requirements taking time to undertand the processes that were previously in place and how these could be integrated into an online system. The amount of admin time spent as a result of implementation of Vatix has reduced drastically and day to day management of incidents has improved with the ability to upload documentation, photos and locations with ease. The wider organisation have adapted to implementation of the new system with ease and Vatix also provide a number of training tools to support with this. The 'chat' function is also a really helpful function. The analytics area of the system is really powerful with numerous means of filtering to produce statistics and graphs instantly. Previously our accident system was made up of various paper and electronic Word based forms and spreadsheets for tracking the accident data. The switch to Vatix has enabled us to complie the data all in one place. It is simple and easy to add and manage accident reports as the system is very user friendly. Its great for adding attachments to your report such as photos and risk assessments. The dashboard view allows you to see all your accident data at a glance. Vatix is built to Tetrinics indepentant requirements with the help of very friendly skilled staff dilivering very good training support. The product has been well recieved by empoyees who are now actively involved in reporting incidents. I would like to have an option of the live data not being shown in certain area's of the business due to date control. This was discussed when our platform was built.

Vatix provides an excellent system for us to ensure our team of lone workers are kept as safe as possible when working remotely across the UK. The staff themselves have really engaged with the system due to its ease of use and convenience. I am able to monitor their usage easily from our Head Office via the Admin access and have benefitted greatly from the technical support of the Vatix support staff and personal contact with our Vatix Account Manager. Vatix has been a great solution to our HSE needs. It is easy to navigate and customise. We are able to easily collect data in one place. The techical support has been fanstastic, in saying that, I have not had many occrances where the system was not working. It is a system we are looking to use every day.
