What do you like best about Varis?

The dashboard helps to keep all your actions visible. There are even alerts sent to your email that allow you to take action, even from your mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Varis?

Sometimes there isn't enough description of products. This may be due to our sourcing partners, but it would be better to require a more detailed description along with photos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Varis solving and how is that benefiting you?

BuyerQuest keeps you up to date with your spending and budgeting as well as requests and invoices all just a click away. My team no longer has to email, text or call me about approvals or requests. I get notifications directly from BuyerQuest and can complete tasks directly from the email. It even works well on my iPhone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Varis?

Its simple to search across the different suppliers and find exactly what I need - because everything is loaded in the same shopping experience, I don't have to jump to other supplier websites to compare pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Varis?

We are still integrated to Ariba, so getting approvals is still an issue because our managers hate working within Ariba. Hoping that they will rollout BuyerQuest completely and eliminate our need to start the requisition within Ariba. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Varis solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have gotten rid of a bunch of punch out connections for suppliers, making it much easier to compare prices across different vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Varis?

With all the different suppliers there is an ease of ordering parts in one website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Varis?

You have to be very specific with the name of the item that you are looking for. With technology equipment orders they seem to automatically get sent to NCR and they won't ship anything without a credit card, I prefer to use PAR. We have many McDonalds and it is too easy to order for a wrong store and address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Varis solving and how is that benefiting you?

Often times the specific parts are separated unintentionally to different supplies so any money saved cost more for shipping costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
