The user interface is fairly easy to use and understand. There are so many companies, gift cards , voucher available that I got overwhelmed and that's a compliment. The reward system is easy to understand and use. 10/10 recommended. For every process there is step by step guide making it easy to use. 10/10 for the ease of use. Ease of implementation 10/10. I did not really needed customer support got there was no issue as such but the way they send mails and messages I am pretty sure that they have a great customer support. when actually using the vantage points I had to do it multiple times because amount on each gift card is fixed. so for 1500 vantage points to be redeemed I had to do 5 transactions. There should be way to select multiple or for variable amount in one go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First of all I would like to thank Vantage Circle Team for preparing a nice platform to claim the rewards which would really help us to claim the gift when needed.

The below things I love about vantage circle a lot.

1. Ease of Use. Can understand easily how much points required to redeem a gift card and decide accrodingly.

There are not so much. But still want to make few points.

1. The value of Gift card according to the points is small. Example 1 point is considered as 1 rupees which should be littlebit increased.

1) Not much advertisement about own site, many people are unaware such site exists

2) Overwhelming Number of Deals: With so many vouchers available, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to sift through them all, making it hard to quickly spot the most relevant or valuable deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So there are two things which I like.

In order to redeem my points, vantage circle has lots of options which we genrally use including the e-commerce, cosmetic brands as well as daily used apps. The other thing is it is an easy platform to recognize the effort of team members where they can be rewarded easily with points. The denominations of points to be converted to gift points can have more options with lower denominations as well. While my experience with Vantage Circle has been mostly positive, one thing I'd like to see improved is the limited variety of rewards available at time. Everyone in any organisation/any platform are working to give the best to the organisation .. On the other hand, everyone expecting some recognisation for their honest and hard work. This Vantage Circle app in the organisation giving that type of recognisaton to the employees in the terms of Badges, Awards and Winner circle points. That seems to be to work very efficiently and to show some enthusiasm about to their work then it meets to customer satisfaction .. If customer Support & satisfied then organisation also satisfied so finally Employee got recognised by thier managers & collegues along with customers so it feels very happy to work. And also this app is very Ease of use and am frequently used this.
