
Vantaca allowed us to combine multiple systems into one and is easy to use for all our departments. The ticketing and call center features allow our customer service and administrative team to easily look up homeowner requests and go directly to a homeowners-specific account to view the previous history. Vantaca is also constantly releasing new updates and features that we have inquired about and others have inquired about during Vantaca Vision Events. When we send in emails asking for support on features if it is something Vantaca is working on for a future implementation they will let you know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We experience a difficult time utilizing the letter templates. What we upload for formatting and fonts doesn't usually translate when we run a step and more often than not we have to add some strange page breaks and paragraphs to get the document to print right. We are looking forward to any future updates that might happen for this as when we first started not having formattable text options in messages was an issue which has since been resolved.
