I like how I can create a webpage, generate a QR Code and Link, for a specific fund/event and add that to any electronic communication. Plus they have great customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vanco has been increasingly adaptive to the needs of church administration and stewardship. We have been using Vanco in one form or another for the past 7 years, and love all of the updates that they continue to do to how they serve their clients' needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I had to nitpick, it would be the integration issues with their older software services and their new ones. For example, I have a Vanco desktop admin login, and a Vanco Mobile admin login, I feel this should be able to be one-in-the-same, since I am the admin for both, but again, it is only nit-picking. The phone app is easy to use and, most importantly, works reliably. Our church has not made much use of the main website tools, mainly because there are modest concerns that giving into the various online buckets may or may not mesh well with the existing/legacy financial software used at our church. In the past we have had excellent customer service. If there was a new employee, Vanco was willing to help them learn the system. My latest experiences haven't been as good. They redirect you, but if you don't know how....you are on your own. That is NOT how it was in the past, so I'm a little disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have always gotten great customer service! Since updating their dashboard a couple of years ago, it's easy to update online giving on our end. And it is easy for people to give/change their giving options. The overall look is visually pleasing as well. They also have the best credit card processing rates that we have seen! I don't have a ton of experience with other companies, so I don't have much negative feedback. One issue we have run into is when someone gives but didn't make an account, they have no way of changing anything on their end. That would probably happen anywhere though. Creating an account is simple for the user, with the ability to set up one-time or recurring donations. From a management standpoint, Vanco is easy to set up funds, activate and deactivate as needed, and set up web pages. Reports are easy to use. Reconciling at month's end takes some time but is easy to do. Vanco interfaces with PowerChurch which reduces business office time.
