Vacation Tracker helped eliminate manual tracking and provided a centralized location to request, review and approve PTO. It is easy for staff to use and gives employees the ability to access their accrual status. Customer service has been fabulous quick to respond and completed resolution. There have been some features that we would have like to have that were not yet implemented when we first implemented Vacation Tracker. However, there have been quite a few enhancements in our first year they we like: Seniority Entitilement Automation, Blackout Period Automation, Accrual Cap. The only thing I've found is when you're trying to update settings for your team, they can be a little hard to find. I've had to dig around in the settings a few times just to update a few things.
