What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

Control panel access and setup of the VM's are a breeze. If you have any issues or need help, support is there to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

Chat can take a little time to connect. But once a support tech connects, the issues are resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

They helped solve a performance problem due to an application installed on our VM's. Once the application was removed, the problem went away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

User Interface is very easy to use and reposnive. Tool is very secure and robust. It is available on mobile abd desktop. Easy to access and troubleshooting remote system very easily. Also customer support is incredible it resolves the issue on the spot. It is cheaper then others solutios available in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

Sometimes lags when internet bandwidth is poor. It doesn't support copy past text. Otherwise it is perfect solution for access system and troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recommend a bandwidth of 10mbps up and down for a smooth experience with our service. Please reach out to our Customer Success team at success@v2cloud.com, maybe there is something we can tweak to decrease lags.

It works by default in our environment. Please reach out to the above-mentioned email address and we will happily fix this with you. There must be a setting not enabled somewhere on your system.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

Not certain yet, its only my third week using it. I dont see a way to easily change the geographic location of the vm or change the datacenter.

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

We have a unique need for what we do which often requires a lot of support. V2 has been phenomenal in providing top-tier support around the clock Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

There maybe a solution for this, but I wish there was a way for us to send remote-controlled commands or get alerts on specific things like if a google chrome window closes, we get a notification on slack as an example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

Everything is simple. You get a Windows server with all the features at a minimal cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uploading files is a little more fiddly than I expected. Using DropBox gets around the issue, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

The best part, is that it works, and enables us to offer cloud services to our clients. But the technical support is beyond great, and is also essential for a product like this. I also am really pleased with the option of my end-users to connect via RDP OR a browser (wenconnect)... that is something that really increases the value for us. What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

Well, it would be great if local scanners connected like the printers do. The price point of 3rd-party options to possibly get scanners to work is prohibitive. We have put work-arounds into place, but it would be awesome to not have to do that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
