It also simplifies running the software in a multi-user or network environment. I find that the networking capability, where you use Windows Server on V2 Cloud with terminal services to remote in as unique users, makes it really easy to replicate a network environment. The support team at V2 Cloud has been really helpful in figuring out the issues we had during the setup process. **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** I suppose the only thing I can really think of is cost. V2 Cloud, I feel, is priced really well, but it's a big consideration if you already have an existing network and computer environment. I'd say that it wasn't super easy to set up, but the support team at V2 Cloud helped figure out the issues we had. There are always issues when you move legacy desktop software from one environment to another, and there will be security differences and maybe hurdles you already jumped over in your local network. **What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use V2 Cloud to virtualize our desktop software, enabling access from anywhere. The quick implementation and setup for users are great, particularly the simple user/desktop setup process that makes it really easy to get new users up and running. This feature has been particularly helpful during unexpected quick turnovers, allowing new users to have a desktop with all the required applications and shortcuts ready on their first login. The initial setup of V2 Cloud was pretty easy and went smoothly. **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** I do feel like the snapshot function of the server/desktop could be improved a bit. Perhaps a quick response form or method to be able to do your own snapshot of the system in a pinch. Before a software update or new install etc. While I understand you would probably want a limit due to space restraints, I think the user should be able to keep their own snapshots. But, everything works just as promised. **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** Unfortunately we have to reboot the server on V2 more often than we did with our in-house server, which means get everyone out and then reboot. We find v2cloud easy to use, easy to make changes and their support staff are quick to respond to any querries we have. We found the implementation really easy and was quick to set up. We like that changes to our server can be done easly and remotely without any assistance from v2cloud. Need more storage, just log in, make the change, reboot the server and you have it. Need more resourses for your server, again just click a few boxes and it is done instantly, even when we went for a larger server, meaning a new location, the upgrade took less than 30 minutes and we were back up and running. We use our server with 10 users and it is used daily by our staff both in the office and out in the field. We like that we can use Remote Desktop in the office on the PS's and a web browser while out and about, even on iPads. We have found the integration into our systems really easy too. I would recommend them 100% as we have not had any issues or downtime to date. They have been fast, and accomodating. And one thing I really like is the fact that v2 does not nickel and dime me whenever I need something done or added to our environment. V2 offers fairly-priced services, **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** I have no complaints after a month+ of using v2. Seems like a solid service so far. **What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uptime is a huge part of using v2, and they have tremendously improved problems we faced using our old local office-based and home-based computers. We no longer need to worry about power outages or local internet putages pr anything like that. I tested out various companies and V2 was by far the easiest to work with. The support is top-notch and has never failed to help me out. **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** The major downside is not having the ability to save money by turning off the machine. This is offered by many cloud providers. **What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** V2 Cloud is solving the problem of running an AutoCAD-type product that shares a SQL database. They need to be on the same network and V2 was able to save me time from purchasing physical hardware.
