I manage the V2 Cloud environment for our business and like its ease of use and maintenance. The quick implementation and setup for users are great, particularly the simple user/desktop setup process that makes it really easy to get new users up and running. This feature has been particularly helpful during unexpected quick turnovers, allowing new users to have a desktop with all the required applications and shortcuts ready on their first login. The initial setup of V2 Cloud was pretty easy and went smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do feel like the snapshot function of the server/desktop could be improved a bit. Perhaps a quick response form or method to be able to do your own snapshot of the system in a pinch. Before a software update or new install etc. While I understand you would probably want a limit due to space restraints, I think the user should be able to keep their own snapshots. Set a default limit on how many they can do and allow request to do additional if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
