The ease of setup, and connectivity, and the reliability . Have had no outages or access issues, performance is great, we have multiple computers on a mini cloud based lan that works perfectly for what we need. V2 Cloud is very simple to set up and start using. It took me about 5 minutes from signing up to set up my first server. I like that you can do RDP from your own computer or simple using the web interface to log into your hosted machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no downside unless you're not technical. In this case, customer support is like one click away in chat and they help you instantly.
