The ease of setup, and familiarity of the system overall is the best part. Being able to simply add users from the web interface and have them be able to login immediately is just icing on the cake, and you can still do normal administrative tasks on the computer. I love being able to host our QuickBooks software on the remote desktop and be able to get access to it from anywhere and on any device. Our version of QB is not available online. It does seem like it times out relatively fast. I wish you could set the sleep time so you didn't have to log in so often. Also, it has an issue with downloading and saving Excel files to the local PC. I am not sure what is up with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The performance of my cloud PC from V2 Cloud provided noticeably better performance than a similarly priced version from Microsoft's Windows 365 Cloud PC offering. The ability to select a specific data centre is also beneficial - something that Microsoft's Windows 365 Cloud PC doesn't currently offer on its Business plans. To access my cloud PC via the Microsoft Remote Desktop app on macOS involves first launching a V2 app, logging in, and clicking a button to launch MRD (which also requires login) so the process could be streamlined further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
