Easy to set up and add any memory needed. Basically, you are in control of setting up users and restrictions. The machine is good and performs solidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboard service and response time have been phenomenal. We have been pursuing a managed cloud server for a long time and have been through many trial periods. This was the first service that was truly helpful in getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been able to work with my clients remotely and employees using V2 cloud. Their software is very easy to use and offers many control options. It has been a great assets for my clients and their bookkeeping records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to see some lower pricing options for users with very low usage. Sometimes I have clients who rarely need access to the service. Honestly though the prices are still quite competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When looking for a virtual Windows desktop solution,,I reached out to the top 5 Companies. V2Cloud was far and away the most reponsive. They provided everything you could ask for. Walkthrough Setup assistance and the account and support team bent over backward to ensure we had everything we needed. Additionally, once we were up and running their response to any questions or issues has been unbelievable. Not the normal 4-8 hours or the next day you typically see. I have not asked a question or had an issue that was not addressed within an hour or less. I would highly reccomend them to any one seeking this type of solution. The increase in performance for my MSP (Managed IT Services) use is phenomenal. The old hardware I am on was beginning to struggle. Also the price is great to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike here. I cannot think of a thing wrong with the software. Perhaps having a dedicated IP address set by default would help, but you can add one free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setup was very simple and straightforward. Billing and pricing was very transparent, which allowed me to deduce my overhead easily and explain to management. Representatives were very helpful in answering my questions and providing me guidance to their platform. They allow a lot of flexibility on their platform to tailor their services to my needs. There were some trial and error involved in regards to setting up the VM (but that was prior to their initial call). Changing some of the VM settings require scrapping an entire VM and rebuilding it, but I found that out early which reduced my frustrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
