Many upsides to utilizing V2 including responsive support. I'm able to travel while also managing multiple client accounts remotely thanks to V2! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing that got me to try it was that I can access the VM in multiple ways. E.g., Browser, mobile, etc. Setting up a VM is pretty straightforward as well which is always a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I hope they offer a way to charge by usage or something like by the hour. It helps someone like me that wouldn't use the VM 24/7. V2 made it easy to set up a virtual desktop to work remotely on. I also installed Wireguard VPN quickly and have had zero issues with connection from my remote workstation > V2Cloud workstation > Internal Lan over wireguard. I'm using the lowest tiered workstation, which is currently $35/month. This price is very competitive with other similar solutions. Out of several cloud-based virtual desktop solutions that I have tried over the last few months (including Amazon Workspaces, Azure Virtual Desktop, Shells.com, and Kamatera), V2Cloud was the only one that reliably worked in the specific environment that I am accessing it from (Proxied network with locked-down browser). The latency has been low and allows me to do the tasks I require in the virtual desktop, such as programming in VScode and maintaining a remote network environment via WebGUIs and terminals. Two things I think could improve the product:
1. Implement multi-monitor support on the web-client. It is currently only available on the desktop-client.
2. Allow a local-only installation of the desktop-client for those who do not have admin privileges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service is amazing and has exceeded my expectations. Between the ease of use for the V2 cloud and the customer service, it makes it so easy to use and build your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it was not set for the auto bill, but more send invoice and user makes their payment. The app feature, I would prefer to be able to customize and promote my business info rather than the V2 Cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support, everyone behind resolve al the questions and concerns very quick. The scalability is easy - few clicks, and don't need to expend time on VM setup.
Competitor for us, was that have to setup a new windows Virtual machine, then need a SO to be installed, that takes time, and I dont't have time for that; V2Cloud is pretty easy to setup, couple of clicks an you have your Machine.

They don't try to limit what programs you can run, unlike many other vendors. I have full admin privileges, so I don't need their help installing or updating any programs.

The log-in process is clunky.
They won't let you print to a local network printer without a site-to-site VPN for some reason, which isn't a restriction I have ever encountered in 10+ years of using remote VMs.
Their support is not very helpful in setting up a site-to-site VPN. They set it up on their side but weren't willing or weren't able to help me configure my VPN hardware on my side, so I ultimately abandoned it and just gave up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
