What do you like best about Ushur?

Ushur staff are a pleasure to deal with. They take the time to understand our requirements and to try to meet them. We have experienced a significant amount of productivity gains using Ushur products over the past few years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ushur?

It can be difficult to get firm delivery dates for new releases. On several occasions we have experienced flaws on the technical side. It gives the impression that the releases are not as thoroughly tested as they could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Smartmail to reduce the manual handling of the huge volumes of email received in our organisation. It integrates with our workflow system and has been of great benefit to date. We are working toward a full B2B solution for secure document transmission using the Invisible Portal. We are hopeful that this will be a success Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ushur?

Their speed of development is astonishingly quick. On numerous occasions, we have approached Ushur with a problem statement, and they have returned within several weeks with a usable proof of concept that can be quickly deployed on our platform. Their relationship management is also excellent. They always support you, and any challenges encountered are tackled with the correct level of urgency. What do you dislike about Ushur?

I'm writing this from a business user perspective. Some of the Ushur flows we have built are pretty complicated as we are solving issues with multiple flows and products, and this requires IT expertise to develop and maintain. I want a situation in the future to allow more business users to maintain the flow and make simple adjustments as required. However, this may naturally come in the future as we build up the Ushur expertise in our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our first project with Ushur was to find a solution to triage and direct all our incoming emails to the appropriate service teams. All of this work was done manually. Now, with the help of Ushur, emails are automatically indexed on our workflow system and directed to the service team within several minutes versus a 48 hour turnaround. The benefits achieved were equivalent to the effort of 7 full-time staff, and it allowed customer queries to reach the intended team in minutes versus days. We have since developed solutions with Ushur that automatically transforms free-form data from our clients into loadable data sets for our business systems, thus reducing significant manual effort. We are in the early phases of deploying a B2B online platform to allow the secure sharing and validation of data, and we have also just launched a retirement claim validation process that utilises Ushur's document scanning and invisible app technology. Our retirement claims will now be automatically scanned and vetted for the supporting documentation, and if any documents are missing, it will trigger an invisible app engagement with the client. This process is all done within 5 minutes versus a 2 to 3-day cycle time when done manually by an agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Drive customers towards self-service.

We see a low uptake of the VCA.

Aim is for members to solve their own issues by means of a guided flow.

2. AI labelling is accurate
