What do you like best about Ushur?

Good customer support thus far. Solution-oriented and willing to work with us to find the best solution for our staff and the members we serve. Ushur staff have shared a lot of industry insights and best practices with us that have also been very useful to optimize our results. We have had great success and minimal issues in running monthly text message campaigns to a large member audience within the Ushur platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ushur?

A lot of features in Ushur Studio are still in development, so there are some bugs when creating workflows. However, customer success has been very responsive in addressing these issues and we understand that the new interface is a work in progress. We are also eagerly awaiting additional analytic features for analyzing responses from our text campaigns, as we are having to do that work manually right now. What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ushur is allowing us to reach members directly via SMS text messaging. Most of our member communication is via mail; however, mail requires long turnaround times and not all our members have a mailing address. This is opening a lot of possibilities for member communication and feedback, and gives us the power to track the success of communications campaigns more effectively than print. We are also exploring a few other possibilities for member self-service and other solutions that may help members with their most common questions, which will help us work toward reducing call center volume and helping members get what they need more quickly. What do you dislike about Ushur?

You can very much tell it's a startup, what can go wrong seems to go wrong. For example, UAT either requires a lot of resources to help identify the root cause of a failure or more time is required on the build/testing on the Ushur side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ushur?

The dedicated teams and the powerful platform. I like the ability to get to know the platform and then self-manage. Everyone I have worked with is friendly and they often bring in experts when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ushur?

What do you like best about Ushur?

I think the Ushur product is great. It really allows us to potentially reach more of our members. It is also user friendly and not overly complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ushur?

There were hurdles with Numbers not matching. Even to this day, our survey numbers are not matching. Although the team always looks into it, it still makes it difficult for us to feel confident in the numbers we see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ushur allows us to connect with members via text messaging rather than always needing to make an actual phone call. We are able to potentially reach more members by sending them a message checking in, rather than potentially leaving them a voicemail and never hearing back. What do you like best about Ushur?

One of the major benefits of Ushur is its low-code platform, which empowers our Agile Development Teams to build and customize applications quickly and efficiently without extensive coding knowledge. This has enabled us to streamline our development process and reduce reliance on traditional coding methods. Ushur's user-friendly interface and intuitive drag-and-drop functionality make it accessible for both technical and non-technical team members. Ushur offers a wide range of pre-built automation workflows and integrations, allowing us to automate repetitive tasks, notifications, and data processing. What do you dislike about Ushur?

What do you like best about Ushur?

Ushur actually listen and work together with us to provide intelligent tailored solutions for our customers. The work we have done with the Invisible app, reaching out to customers to support them through a complex journey & giving them instant feedback where there is missing data is going to transform our processes.

There is huge opportunity for future scaling & we are very excited to develop this further. Likewise, the future vision and capabilities of the invisible portal will bring a compelling offering to clients while also delivering significant efficiencies in the backoffice.

What do you dislike about Ushur?

Getting the balance between MVP and a product that has enough feature rich content to market externally is difficult.

Irish Life want to protect their reputation & are quite risk averse in terms of going to customers with a product with limited functionality. We need to work together better to set realistic expectations for senior business stakeholders.

Intelligently categorising incoming work which reduces/eliminates manual indexation of work

Capturing essential claims supporting documentation & following up when documents are missing before an agent even picks up the work;

Transformating data to seamlessly pull the relevant data for loading to backend systems. Reducing time spent reformatting & cleaning data;

Workflows are very easy to build and can be integrated with any platform.

Inituitive and easy to learn.
