The CRM function is not user friendly. Additionally it would be great if UE would develop a Chrome plugin that can be connected to email account. They want you to do all communication form UE but this is just not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Finding a CRM and Marketing that fits with our business is a very difficult task ... Budget, integrations, advantages, resources, support ... It's like a magic soup. We have a Marketplace, and we need a CRM that fits perfectly with WooCommerce.
After testing 5 different SaaS, UserEngage seemed to be the best option ... It seemed ...
We tested some functions and found that the software is full of bugs, very poorly coded and the support is disqualified ... Although having a great interface mainly in automation and the chat features to be good, good would not be great. The only recommendation I would give to anyone is that they test, test well before entering their credit card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In a single week, the system went out of the air for 3 times ... This is very serious because the UserEngage code is added at the top of the page ... And when their system gets out of the Air, Locked up our entire website. And another very serious problem... They claim to have integration with WooCommerce, but the supplied plugin simply gives a critical error once the user makes the purchase on our site, scaring all our buyers. After spending days trying to talk to support to fix the bug, support said it fixed the problem. But in reality they had not changed ANYTHING in the script, and the error persisted ... After we lost our patience, and the UserEngage support saying "that the problem was not with them and cant reproduce the error!", we went to look what was wrong with the plugin they provide and we had found the error in less than 1 minute ... Why days to solve and still not resolved? After showing the error to the Site Administrator, they promised to correct the error in the next month ... Come on, we do not have time for this ... We spend a lot of money with paid ads and is trowing away money if the site doesn't work... Beware of misleading advertising, they promises a lot of functions, but some are just not working ... And another thing, if you want to customize your forms, popups and emails, you can prepare to have a very experienced programmer as the task is not simple. The SSL connection with e-mail its not working too...
