What do you dislike about User.com?

The fact that they turn off Segment.io support and they blame it on server crash. We use Segment.io to track events and they send they to User.com. But without the integration ZERO automations are triggered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about User.com?

I just simply love tools that make my life easier! And user.com is definitely one of them! I have everything that I need in one place, and that allows our team to be more organized and user-oriented. We can now focus our energy and resources on our customers, instead of running between different tools and trying to find data. Just two extra features in 'Conversations' and it would be ideal:

- possibility to search previous chats by keywords

- website visitors' tracking options which help to personalize the message in the right channels and at the right time, i.e we can easier communicate with the trial users and notify them before the trial ends or automatically send email campaigns to those whose trials version have already finished (to be in touch with them or ask them for a feedback which helps us to improve our tool to our potential customes' needs).

What do you like best about User.com?

As the Sales Lead, there is nothing more important to me then developing relationships and rapport with my customers and new prospects.User.com helps me achieve that by allowing me to personalize messages to potential leads visiting our website, so I never sound automated.

Furthermore the chat bot and live chat features definitely help keep my leads engaged and active, so they don't loose interest along the way. I also love the fact that I can access it directly from my gmail, very easy and practical to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
