I can honestly not recommend this company - they will take your money, and delete your account. The lack of support, and cloak and daggers in the way they treat their customers is appaling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I paid for their early supporter LTD, but within a month of purchasing, they deleted my account and never provided a refund. I have since contacted support, but they refuse to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I didn’t actively use the platform from my own account because I had already tested it on a friend’s account, where I encountered numerous bugs. I was under the impression that I had canceled my trial, but unfortunately, it continued, which I only noticed recently when reviewing my bank statement.

I’ve since tried reaching out to customer support multiple times without success. As a result, I now feel like my only option is to address this issue publicly, as they have not responded to my emails or chatbot inquiries.
