We tried to do a trial, immediately discarded the service, and despite that, we were charged for the service before the trial ended. I didn’t actively use the platform from my own account because I had already tested it on a friend’s account, where I encountered numerous bugs. I was under the impression that I had canceled my trial, but unfortunately, it continued, which I only noticed recently when reviewing my bank statement.

I’ve since tried reaching out to customer support multiple times without success. As a result, I now feel like my only option is to address this issue publicly, as they have not responded to my emails or chatbot inquiries.
