I don't need any additional experience to use it and achieve good results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like something like an interactive tutorial for first-time users, to help them navigate through the interface. The screen where you review issues can be a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Room for improvement on reporting options/exports.
Wish it has ability to audit portions of a page instead of always the entire page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AQA platform enables you a comprehensive and holistic look at accessibility from all vantage points. It enables an organization to have a top down view of their ongoing WCAG compliance, with best in class automated scanning technology, coupled with a manual audit process that lets you dig into the more nuanced areas of compliance.
The output reporting from AQA is set up in a way that a product manager, developer, tester, or really anyone can have a full understanding of what issues exist and the best way to remediate them. They provide you full access to the specific issue as reported in the AQA platform along with a detailed summary and description of the issue that was found. It's the whole package.
Also, the team at Usablenet are true professionals. Working with them is an absolute pleasure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reports tend to have redundancies in them. There is a manual triage effort required on any report produced to actually distill discovered WCAG violations down to actionable development or design tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very convenient to scan the site to look for accessibility issues. My team has been using AQA for 8 months and we went from 0 to 90 in 6 months. This tool really maximizes efficiency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything major at the moment. However, it would be great if we can automate the scheduling of multiple scans. For example, run scan every week; or run a scan if we get a new build in the environment, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thoroughness of the tool. Gives a detailed overview Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting can be implroved. Currently, we have reporting at page level. Instead, its good to have it at site level Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI is very intuitive. The chrome extension tool provides great accessibility for when we want to check quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The AQA options are limited - we should cover all aspects as it relates to AQA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UsableNet's AQA is a visual platform that provides detailed descriptions of what the accessibility issues mean and how to resolve them. I've learned a lot about website accessibility as well as UsableNet's auditing process. The team behind AQA are friendly, very helpful, and committed to client success. If you're unfamiliar with AQA, you won't find the platform intuitive to use. What's missing are self-guided tutorials, tooltips that explain the meaning behind the input fields and reports, and a clear flow between screens that tells you what to do (or what's coming) next.
The reports could have more explanation as to what they mean to help agencies like mine educate clients. I found the overall auditing roadmap unclear. I'm very happy with the process and deliverables, but it took going through it once to understand the process. AQA falls short providing a big picture view of what the overall scanning, auditing, and remediation process look like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Calls-out all of the Low-Medium-High Audits Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Has issues processing though the shopping carts. Some are no issues, but the complex ones it pauses through the run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
