Reliability. Our team gets alerted instantly when there's issues, so we can address before customers and partners notice anything. It covers everything we need from a monitoring perspective, including regular reporting to exec team of our uptime and SLAs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, really. Maybe a bit expensive. Could use a start-up option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working well, user friendly, support is great - respond quickly, our NOC learned this tool with ease, and so we're working with it every day - we use it for https checks, also for transaction checks (Selenium), implementation was easy and well-integrated to our monitoring systems. When alert goes down - it takes time to get it back up.
You can set the sensitivity - how many locations should be DOWN before alert is sent.
But if let's say you have set sensitivity to 5 locations, and the check has only 5 locations - at least 4 locations have to get UP before check is getting OK, but in our case, we need at least 1 location to be UP - to get OK. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to use, able to create all sorts of tests, and each one is intuitive. The test can be configured from multiple locations around the world and a large variety are available. The transaction tests are particularly useful as they enable us to fully test and monitor the performance of a full user journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maintenance mode is a bit of pain to configure, you have to select each monitor and basic things like the end time doesn't automatically default to after the start time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In our line of business, we work with numerous SaaS sales teams, both for our clients and ourselves. It’s rare to encounter such an engaged leader (in the sales process) who genuinely takes the time to listen to customers one-on-one. A good sign.
We've been with Uptime.com for around six months now, and that level of commitment is really evident in the product; our experience is one of a robust and reliable platform very capable of monitoring our entire estate (including now third-parties).
Lots of SaaS products have roadmaps and feedback tools but often it feels like lip service. Not the case here. You actually feel like using those mechanisms because they are suitably responded to and moreover actioned where appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we signed up there were a couple of items missing from our list (IRM/On-Call). Okay for us because they were in the roadmap and we could wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I find most valuable about Uptime.com is its comprehensive reporting. Having the detailed uptime, downtime and performance trends stats have been very useful in spotting ongoing issues and fixing them before they get out of hand. Having historic data has allowed us to feel more informed and strategic in our decisions, as we are actually able to see what’s going on with our website’s health. As a result, we’ve been able to tackle problems by being proactive instead of reacting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One weakness of Uptime.com is that the reporting can sometimes be too detailed for quick checks. It’s great for in depth analysis, but it can be too much noise in just need a quick snapshot of your website’s status. People who enjoy a more simple approach would benefit from reports that are more streamlined or customizable views. By doing this we will be able to deal with the current situation without getting stuck in non relevant data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was fast and easy to set up monitoring for 8 sites. Scripted verification allows for checking processes like account login, checkout, etc. to identify issues beyond availability. Dashboards and status pages are easy to configure with SLAs provided for monthly reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not experienced any issues after several years of using Uptime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Intuitive UI, ability to configure and implement using the UI and API (IaC) makes the integration easy. Quick replies from customer support and very good documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since we are using Uptime for long time, it is hard for us to keep up with all the new features and integrations (like SaaS tests, which we haven't tried yet). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uptime.com does exactly what you need it to—it keeps an eye on your site and tells you when something’s wrong. The alerts are fast and accurate, and I love that it integrates easily with Slack and email, so we never miss an issue.
The dashboard is simple to use without unnecessary complexity, and setting up checks is straightforward. Support has been solid whenever we've needed help.
If you need a no-nonsense uptime monitoring tool that you can trust, this is it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing could be more flexible, especially for smaller teams that don’t need all the advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The status page and monthly SLA reports.
How configurable the monitoring checks are.
Constant updates to the platform based on customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inability to set a check to minor outage based on API response for API checks and to set the status page to such status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is great to see how Uptime.com tracks our websites and notifies me immediately when the sites go offline. This has helped us to respond quickly, thus curtaining enormous inconveniences. Furthermore, performance analysis tools are very useful to detect minor defects that, if left unaddressed, may ultimately evolve into major concerns. Integration with Slack ensures that we are able to directly alert the members and can act without any delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Something I don’t like about Uptime is how it sometimes sends out false alerts, stating that it’s down when everything is ok. This disrupts our workflow as we’d have to manually verify if the issue is real. The tailoring for alerts could be more flexible as well, particularly when seeking to refine and refine what alerts we want. Slack integration is nice but integrating with other platforms isn’t quite as easy or intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part of Uptime.com I think is extensive features it offers as it has great reporting and monitoring facilities. It feeds me realtime data quite often and helps me to stay abreast of our system’s health. The specific reports are very helpful in enhancing the functionality of our site. I can say integrating with Uptime.com was easy and now it is an integral part of my work to ensure systems are up and running without any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I did not like in Uptime.com is that some of your features take time before you can understand their operations. It took a little while to understand all the detailed reporting options available with the basic templates of the tools. This has somewhat reduced our performance regarding the exploitation of all options the software offers, which slightly inhibits performance metrics tracking. Ideally, tutorials or some onboarding material are more available to make the process a little quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
