What do you like best about Uptime.com?

The price is very low, which is a big plus. Deploying scenarios with the script recorder is also very easy, and monitoring scripts is efficient. I also appreciate that there are many options to share dashboards with my workmates. On top of that, the free push app messages for warnings are really helpful. I find Uptime.com very easy to use, and I really appreciate the clean and simple design of the site, which makes it easy to navigate and manage network checks. I like that Uptime.com is economically accessible and particularly extensive in terms of available infrastructure (servers). It is essential that checks are done from different countries as well as the same one, and the check can be set with a fairly low time interval that ensures quick detection of anomalies. Recently, we have also set up checks towards internal server-to-server APIs that we were previously unable to monitor. Furthermore, the initial installation of Uptime.com was very simple. I use Uptime.com to monitor website availability and ensure all services are running without downtime. The real-time alerting system and detailed monitoring insights are the most valuable features, helping in quick issue identification and fast response. Real-time alerts notify me instantly about any outages, allowing for quick response, while detailed monitoring insights help in analyzing root causes and preventing recurring issues. What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

Alert noise reduction and more granular configuration options would be beneficial. Additionally improving reporting flexibility would add more value. For reporting, more flexibility in building custom reports would be valuable. This could include the ability to create tailored dashboards, apply advanced filters, schedule automated reports, and export data in multiple formats. For alert noise reduction, I'd like to see better deduplication and correlation of alerts so that related issues are grouped into a single incident instead of generating multiple notifications. Uptime.com gives us peace of mind because we know we’ll be notified about issues as they happen. It’s helped us stay focused on the work at hand instead of constantly checking systems or relying on customer feedback to learn about an outage. The dashboard is straightforward to use, and I especially like the app because it lets me keep an eye on things even when I’m out of the office. Setup was simple and painless, and I haven’t had to go back and redo anything. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and plan to keep using Uptime.com for the foreseeable future. What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

There isn’t much I dislike overall. That said, being limited to 5-minute check intervals on the starter tier feels unnecessary. I’d much rather see a different limitation to balance the plan, or have shorter intervals offered as an optional add-on I could pay for. What do you like best about Uptime.com?

I like how Uptime.com allows me to know if there's a problem with our services so I can address it before customers notice. Even if a customer calls about an issue, I've already been alerted, so it doesn't come as a surprise. I also think it's a great price for what the service provides. My favorite feature is the ability to test user logins for public sites, which ensures not just that the site is up, but that login requests are properly handled. Using Uptime.com together with our network and systems monitoring system helps me keep an eye on the entire environment. What do you like best about Uptime.com?

I really like Uptime.com's easy management of configurations, especially via API when we create or delete an application. The availability of global locations is a huge plus, as it ensures we can connect to our application from the customer's location and monitor what they experience, including latency and performance. The error information and reporting are also very helpful for troubleshooting and navigating through issues. Additionally, it's pretty easy and straightforward to set up. We switched from Catchpoint because Uptime.com is cost-effective and provides all the basic checks we need. I'm also pleased with the certification-based authentication feature that was introduced last year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

I think it would be good if Uptime.com could perform more advanced RUM and network checks. Some things that could enhance its capabilities include network global network diagnostics, BGP monitoring, network path visualization, ISP and backbone vantage points.
