Sometimes it can be very slow, and all the steps become very drawn-out and time-consuming. It doesn't have the correct language set, so everything I write in Swedish gets red zigzag patterns under the text as if I had spelled it wrong, even though I haven't. It's easy to get an overview and I find that I can build relevent reports. Also I like how easy it is to log all actions on a client card, both activitites and by writing a quick note. I have it linked to outlook and thar really makes things more efficent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I know it's not a project management tool but It would be great if the ToDo-list would have more functions, like tagging the one who assigned an activity on you or ask questions/put as pending while you await further details. As initially mentioned, I am relatively new and have not had the chance to explore everything. With my focus on marketing, I have mainly stayed within that framework. There is probably more that can be done than I both think and know. Partially, I would like to be able to embed Upsales for customers in external use on our current website.
