Upsales has a clean and user-friendly interface, making it easy to work in on a daily basis. The integration with both email and calendar works well, which simplifies communication and scheduling. For basic CRM use, it’s straightforward and reliable, and the overall platform design feels modern and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Upsales Sales and Marketing Platform? Customer Success is happy to schedule meetings, but they don’t actively help with implementation or ensure adoption. Customizing templates or reports is rigid and difficult, and the quoting tool feels very outdated. During our contract period, Upsales changed the terms for prospecting, and their solution to nearly every challenge is to sell an additional add-on. The pricing model is very hard to justify unless you use 110% of the platform’s functionality, and even then I doubt the value compared to alternatives that cost half as much. The biggest disappointment came when we tried to cancel shortly after renewal — Upsales refused, and we ended up paying for a product we no longer used. This rigid and customer-unfriendly approach makes it hard to recommend Upsales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Upsales provides a centralized place to manage contacts, deals, and sales activities, which in theory should help streamline communication and keep track of opportunities. The email and calendar integration makes it easier to log interactions and follow up with prospects. However, in our case the benefits were limited since the platform felt too rigid and costly for our needs.
