What do you like best about Upland BA Insight?
SmartHub has a very inviting and professional interface. It is easy enough to use, advisable to go through training, but can be navigated without major complications even without so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Upland BA Insight?
The application sometimes lag or needs sometime to refresh. User Support needs to be more interactive, so far my experience was they can only be contacted via email and takes few days to resolve an issue (which is unacceptable for urgent submissions). Sometimes when attaching documents for resubmission, it gets repetitive (might be an application glitch). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
