Altify is easy to use and intuitive, meaning that users can quickly get to the crux of the Relationship and Insight Mapping activities without getting bogged down by the tool and methodology.
While it is simple on the surface, the tool is actually taking users through a trusted and effective methodology.

The tools is pretty slick, but I think there are additional features that could take the tool even further especially in a collaborative, multiuser account and opportunity planning. The ease of use. The software interface is user friendly and optimizes everything that is necessary for tracking CRO. I have tried multiple different softwares for this sector of my business and this has worked the best for me and my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software itself provides a good user interface for end users. The sales methodology is very sound.The Altify team that supports the implementation and rollout of the software was amazing. The back-end data model is entierly based on data, so Altify will not work in Dev sandboxes. Any dev work and testing needs to be done in a partial or full copy sandbox. The Altify Account Manager software is easy to use and configurable throughout the entire application meeting our Enterprise sales team needs. It is a simple and organized experience to conduct account planning. Alitfy Account Manager integrates with Salesforce objects such as contacts, opportunities, and tasks, reducing duplicative and entry, and it is a bi-directional sync with Salesforce. An area of opportunity for Altify Account Manager is to provide the ability to associate opportunities directly with objectives. This would allow us to track the direct influence that account planning and specific objectives have on growing revenue for our organization. Our end users struggle with leveraging multiple components within Altify and would like a single page to all their work. Some areas seem redundant within the application. I wish Altify Account Manager exported account plans into an Executive summary that was ready to send to leadership. The Executive summary is not leader facing today. - The way the tool can be used to guide sellers in the direction they need to go, to be able to better ascertain winning a deal.
