3 Things that I liked the best:

1. The Team (like to especially mention Souvik Saha)

2. Some key features which are missing on similar platforms

3. Did I mention the efficient Team? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are still many key features missing:

1. Staff delegation control

2. What'sApp deep integration (can't msg the customer via WA; currently only Call is provided)

3. The phone app has many features missing due to which needs to be operated on a PC Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For us it really helped for Tiffin House, as we have cut-off timings for our Daily Meals pre-orders as we make everything Fresh. This was efficiently handled by ndhgo platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
