What do you like best about Unify CRM?

This system is great for housing a lot of information and making notes for individual contacts. I can also easily find names I am looking for and clean up duplicate contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unify CRM?

There seem to be a lot of glitches in sending automated emails and the reporting can be a bit confusing. I have to periodically check that my automated emails are actually going out. There's no clear way to find the reporting you might be looking for. It results in a lot of emails to their support department requesting help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Unify CRM:

Be prepared to rely on their support team to assist with using the system. It can be tricky to get the reporting you need due to the design of the system not being very user friendly. I've also had to have them resolve issues with my automated emails not being sent on more than one occasion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's useful in storing a lot of information and the ability to create automated email campaigns is convenient. The marketing library is a major benefit.; I can choose from hundreds of marketing campaigns to send to my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unify CRM?

Unify is an excellent CRM. It ties all of our student records together and allows us to provide excellent customer service ensuring our students are succesful from the moment they apply throughout their graduation. What do you dislike about Unify CRM?

Unify can sometimes be slow and take forever to load. Sometimes there is a gap between when Colleague and Unify talk that can and often does affect our records. The biggest complaint I have is that I can't pull a MLS number through for an open house. It has been 2.5 - 3 years since we got Unify and it still doesn't have this feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
