What do you like best about Total Expert?

The journey bulilding is top notch and the easiest i've ever used. I'd also like to shoutout all the representatives that work with everyone. I use this platform every day and when I have questions the response is always same day. I also love how easy the import and campaign builders are. This was one of the first implimentation and integration that I was a part of and it was a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Total Expert?

The only thing I would like for TotalExpert to include is an easier way to look at report results. For example, when I send a campaign I wish I could easily click to see who didnt open the email, so I can easily target them for a second go around. I know a work around would be to build a journey, but we use multiple small campains within a month and it would be great to easily see reports of contacts who have and have not interacted with an email. What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

Again, the journey building is a breeze and I love how easy it is to build a journey as well as have all the pre-built journeys too. Another favorite feature is the automatic connection with our Core. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Total Expert?

Total Expert has a wonderful UX that makes it easy for loan officers to use. Their journey functionality is the absolute best for multi platform campaigns and full automation. Their customer support is top notch, whether you are using the online chat or submitting a ticket. Total Expert moving into the world of customer intelligence has not only saved us money from using a third party platform, but has also helped increase loan volume as well. What do you dislike about Total Expert?

When new things come out there often is always a cost and an SOW involved, and even for the most minor adjustments to certain things, the requirement to purchase development hours can be cost prohibitive, meaning many lenders need to get things right the first time during implementation. What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

Total Expert has provided our company with nearly full marketing communication automation as well as a marketing platform. It puts our loan officers in the driver's seat when it comes to marketing - they do not have to wait for our team to generate or produce a flyer. It also positions our loan officers as valuable partners to real estate agents because agents are able to access the marketing tools within the platform as well. What do you like best about Total Expert?

The out of the box functionality and the ability to integrate with almost anything. This allows us to create hyper-focused hyper-customized and in depth lifecycle marketing for our clients and LO prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Total Expert?

Downside is that you can't easily filter co-borrowers in our out and that the Loans tab and Contacts tab don't necesarily speak to one another. Some of the filters you run in the loans tab only work in the loans tab and vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to inteligently send the right message to the right person at the right time. This allows us to hyper-focus, hyper-customize and our life cycle marketing and be in communication with our leads and clients no matter where they are in their lifecyle journey. What do you like best about Total Expert?

One of the top features of Total Expert is the ability ro personalize customer engagement to effectively keep customers up to date on loan status, provide education, and create a seamless experience throughout the loan process. The ability to integrate different mortgage industry systems has been helpful in making our loan officer's business more effective. What do you dislike about Total Expert?

It is hard to pinpoint much to dislike about Total Expert. The only thing is that because the system provides so many great tools, it can be overwhelming for loan officers to learn and master the capabilities quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the top problems that Total Expert is helping us solve is improving customer relationships, streamlining communication and driving more business for our loan officers. We have seen first hand how Total Expert has helped loan officers convert intial loan applications into closed loans in cases where the loan officer may have lacked in communication with the customer. The effortlessness of the automated communication continues to drive the mortgage process forward for customers no matter what status the customer may be in (considering applying for a mortgage, first-time homebuyer, refinance, etc). Integrating Total Expert with our current systems has given our Compliance peace of mind and meets regulatory requirements that are very stringent for our company. Some aspects of the platform aren't the most user friendly. And it isn't super customizable - it would be great if we could change the Daily Digest email and content on lead capture apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Total Expert?

Total Expert has been a great partner for the past several years. They have done their best to assist us with a recent data issue. Jon, Abby, Nicole and Dan have been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Total Expert?

There are some opportunities for growth and change but they are open to their clients suggestions. Because we have a prioprietary LOS it is challenging to send data thru the API. We have a manual process for monthly servicing updates due to change of loan ownership. The email tool could also be better, also for videos and allow you to create an email and schedule it for later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Total Expert?

The software is very easy to use and customize to our unique needs. Customer support is always available, and the reps are very knowledgable of the software and the finance industry. I was able to attend the conference last summer and the information presented on the industry and the bonus software learning were very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Total Expert?

Onboarding can be a bit overwhelming. There are so many options available that it can be hard to decide on the best path for your company. The team is great, and very knowedgeable and patient in the process, but getting started is a big hurdle. I also wish reporting was better. I wish users could better pull specicfic lists of customers for their needs. We have branch managers who would like to access customer data per their location, create call lists for staff etc, and we have no way to pull out the data we are putting into TE. What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mortgage lenders came to us with the need for a CRM. They are very happy with the data it provides. It was a bonus that marketing was also looking for a new automaton provider. It provides the lending team some autonomy in how they want to communicate with their clients, but we also know that what they are sending is marketing approved and compliant.
