I can pick a name and all their emails, and most importantly any attachments we've ever shared, are there in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recently, with the M1 pro chip in the mac pro, it keeps crashing for no apparent reason. Also I would love love love it if we could popout a mail message so two windows are open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it connected to my IMAP server when other software would not. I enjoy the rich-text editing features and how it fits in with the Mac aesthetic. Threading lets me know what is going on when I may have forgotten. It saves you the step of searching for previous emails from the "client name" or "client email". It seems to be lacking a templating feature. Mail-merge built in would be great to have also. I don't always like that the pretty email signatures are hidden, sometimes these have useful info. They can be revealed again w/ just a click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This app is made to receive emails and it does an amazing job at it!
It is Graphic User Interface at it's best! Apple should buy this app and make it their default!
it uses Gravatars to make your emails visually appealing and easy to sort!
it groups emails by the same sender, so you can see past conversations at a glance, or delete the whole thread.
So easy to set up, just type in email and password, nad it does the rest!
View attachments per user, so you can easily find all files any person sent you no matter how long ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Composing emails is the biggest downfall of this app.
if you want anything other than standard text, then this is not for you, in fact, I have to run 2 email apps open, once for receiving and another for sending. in Unibox, you can add images, but you can not resize them, nor make a link on them, there is no text edit field, you can not make columns, no lists, no HTML... you can use CMD+K to insert a link and CMD+T to pull up thee most basic text editor, but beyond that there is nothing.
this app could have been perfect, but sending email seems to be an afterthought, you can't even create a new window to compile a letter, it has to be in the same window as the letter to which you are replying, limiting your space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
