There are a couple of aspects that could use improvement. The process of resolving support tickets through email proved to be inconvenient, especially during the two instances when our phone system went down. Having the ability to call for immediate assistance during such times would have been invaluable.

Additionally, the promise of complete autonomy in managing our user list and making changes was not entirely fulfilled. While we were told we could handle these changes, it turns out they require Ultatel's intervention on the back end. So far the performace has been better than expected really. I had concerns with this due to not hearing much about the platform before researching. I was looking for seamless O365 integration with Teams and this does the trick perfectly. Great price point as compared to other options. Customer support is very quick to respond.
