Course Authoring Tool -
- No cost to have an account where you can have unlimited authors, content, courses/modules, PPT conversions etc. - for ANY amount of time!
- Only when you are ready to publish anything you've created for another LMS is there a cost of $199/yr. This price is for unlimited potential authors, developers, SMEs and/other stakeholders having access to the tool
- If you have a Udutu LMS subscription (starting at only $18/mth), the authoring tool is included at no additional cost - including all publishing options ( even extracting for another LMS).
Learning Management System -
- Subscriptions are monthly or annual (saves 20%)
- Based on Active Users. AUs are any unique IDs that access the system in a given month. AU cost starts $3/AU for the month(s) they've accessed the system only.
- AUs that are beyond the monthly subscription # are billed as an overage at $3. Annual Subscription overages are based on the average monthly AUs over the year.
- Unlimited number of learners, admins, instructors, etc can be in the system as only the Active Users apply to subscriptions.
- AU units are not tied to individuals so anyone can access the system at any time providing they are in the system as an approved user. No managing of licenses - EVER!

The only cost is when content is to be extracted for an LMS other than Udutu. At that point, a subscription priced at $199/yr is needed. This will allow for unlimited publishing (extractions, preview links, etc).
If you have an active Udutu LMS subscription tied to your authoring account, there is no cost at any time for the authoring tool even if publishing for other LMS.

| Learning Management System | Starting at $3.001 Active User = any unique ID that logs into the system in a given month. Unlimited access for that user in each month the are active. | Use of our LMS is based on subscription of Active Users (an AU is any unique ID that logs in during a given month). The LMS has no cost for unlimited use under 5 Active Users per month. At 6 Active Users or more, an LMS subscription is required. There is no limit to the number of users (active or inactive), training activities, learning paths, certificates, training records, reporting, or anything else in the system. The system can be as small or large as needed with infinite scalability and tiered pricing for higher AU volumes and/or an annual (versus monthly) subscription.
