Wir haben uns v.a. für ubermetrics entschieden, weil die TV- und Radio-Suche sehr gut ist. Man findet viele relevante Treffer und kann sich 90-sekündige Sequenzen anhören, die sonst versendet wären. Die Einrichtung des Tools ganz am Anfang lief super. Alles wurde genau nach unseren Wünschen und Vorstellungen umgesetzt. Der Support und Kundenservice war immer top, sehr zügig und sehr freundlich - nie aufdringlich. The user interface is very clear and everything is intuitively adjustable and filterable.

The support is first-class, as our specific needs were always addressed. No matter what problem we had, our personal contact always sought a quick and practical solution. He also gave us a lot of creative input in setting KPIs or other usage possibilities. You can really tell that the support values a very good customer experience.

The tool is also in constant evolution, with new features added almost weekly, settings improved, and new sources connected. Our personal wishes were also taken into account.

Instagram is not yet 100% integrated. However, work is being done on it and it should soon no longer be a problem.

The functionality of the tool is very dependent on the personal contact person provided at the beginning of the implementation phase. Unfortunately, communication did not work well for us at the beginning, which is why the implementation progressed slowly at first. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den grandiosen Kundensupport. Es ist immer jemand erreichbar. Der Kundenservice ist stets super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bisher wurde für jede unserer gestellten Herausforderung, in kürzester Zeit eine Lösung gefunden.

Ubermetrics ist äußerst intuitiv und man findet sich schnell eigenständig zurecht. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet. Vor allem die online verfügbaren Seminare und das Handbuch ermöglichen es einem, sich selbständig in das Tool einzuarbeiten, das eigene Verständnis zu optimieren und mögliche Fragen oft selbst zu beantworten.

Zum Tool: Mir gefällt vor allem die Vielfältigkeit und die Flexibilität. Es können eine Vielzahl von Reportings angelegt werden. Diese sind vollständig individualisierbar und automatisierbar. Sollte ein Export benötigt werden, steht auch dieser in verschiedenen Formaten zur Verfügung. Ubermetrics bietet zudem verschiedenste Analyse, Filter und Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Ein Überblick zu aktuellen Themen ist somit schnell erstellt und geteilt, selbstverständlich inkl. verschiedenster Grafiken. Eine Suche kann schnell und einfach aufgesetzt werden - erste Ergebnisse sind nach wenigen Minuten zu sehen.

It's actually the mix of different aspects. A great tool with all the features your would expect from a social listening tool. But it's also the customer focussed approach, starting with an intuitive onboarding (video course) and going on with helpful and personal support.
